The Brewery@ Bacchus began as the birth child of two beer nuts, Jason Synan and Mike Renganeschi, but has since been taken over by our current Brewmaster, Conor Webster. Conor began brewing for Bacchus in February 2016 under the guidance of Mike. He has thrown himself whole-heartedly into carrying out the brewery's top mission: making great beers! Conor continues the brewery's longstanding tradition of locally sourcing ingredients for the freshest possible taste. Since Conor has taken the reins, he has introduced his trademark style of phenomenal Pale ales and IPAs.

New Phone, Who Dis?

DIPA 7.5%
OG: 1,075
FG: 1,018
IBU: 60

Don't let the name fool you, because you will remember this East Coast DIPA. All the cool kids are using Citra and Simcoe hops and so are we. Through out the brew process this ale was hopped from start to finish with loads of these trendy hops. The hops give it an aroma of pineapple and mango. In the new tradition of the East Coast DIPA, this ale isn't as bitter as a traditional Pale Ale. It finishes bright and sweet for an undeniably drinkable DIPA.

What Gives?

Pale Ale 6%
OG: 1,055
FG: 1,016
IBU: 77

Sometimes things just don't make sense, but this American pale ale aims to set the record straight. Made using deciduous Vermont Ale yeast and coniferous Washington hops, its a beer that tackles both sides of the issues. The bitter taste of the amarillo hops brings forth a piney flavor that is balanced out by the simple malt profile. Finally, the addition of raw white wheat and caramel 120 makes this beer cloudy like Seattle and amber like a New York sunset.
